Systems Medicine: Modelling Epigenetics

Target group

This course is intended for PhD-students and will involve hands-on modelling and lecture-based explanation of completed exercises.

Goal

The course introduces principles of generic modelling experiment frameworks, usage of experimental data in models and model analysis, and data management and integration. The fellows will formulate and solve their own specific problems.

This course is organized from and funded by EU H2020 MSCA-ETN EpiPredict, AIMMS, BioSB and Systems Biology Amsterdam (SBNA)
